By creating an account or using epochai's website or mobile app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
epochai is an interactive learning platform that teaches programming, data structures, and AI/ML through hands-on widgets, server-graded code and SQL exercises, and a structured curriculum. Some content is free; some requires a paid Pro subscription or one-time Lifetime purchase.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to legally agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction to create an account.
You agree not to: circumvent grading or progress systems; scrape, resell, or redistribute course content; use the Service to build a competing product; upload malicious code through the sandbox execution environment; or otherwise abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
All curriculum content, widgets, and platform software are owned by epochai or its licensors. Code you write and submit as part of exercises remains yours, but by submitting it you grant us a license to store, process, and grade it as part of operating the Service. Certificates and public portfolio pages you choose to publish remain visible per your account settings.
Certificates are issued only after completing 100% of a module's lessons and are independently, publicly verifiable via a unique code. Falsifying or misrepresenting a certificate is a violation of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, epochai isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer-protection rules where you live.
